EUIPO comparable UK rights

Official EUIPO Trademark Search API records mapped to comparable UK009 and UK008 rights. Figurative and combined marks are published only after their official representation has been stored locally. Word marks receive a clearly labelled text representation generated from the official verbal element; it is not presented as an official logo.

WIPO Madrid System — ROMARIN and Gazette

Official downloadable daily record updates and weekly Gazette image packages. BritTM keeps only UK-relevant exact registration matches, including supplied representations, expiry dates, owners, Nice terms, designations and a compressed copy of the ROMARIN source record.

Coverage limit. The UKIPO bulk files are historical, weekly journals are publication records, EUIPO supplies the originating comparable right, and WIPO packages contain only records or images included in the relevant update issue. Verify current legal status in the official UK register before relying on any record.

Official machine files only. BritTM does not scrape Madrid Monitor search results or bulk-copy the Global Brand Database. EUIPO enrichment uses its official API; WIPO enrichment comes from the official downloadable ROMARIN and Gazette packages and is joined by exact registration number.
